We have vacancies for Buddies on our Buddy Scheme. The scheme is a mentoring/befriending service for people living in Wiltshire. This is a voluntary position, however we pay all reasonable expenses. This role has proven to be an ideal opportunity for those wishing to return to work or full-time education.
Salary: expenses only
Hours: commitment to 2-4 hrs per week
Location: Wiltshire
Tenure: Voluntary role
Role Description
To provide emotional support to individuals who have experienced separation, divorce or domestic abuse.
- One to one meeting with service users
- Listen to service users
- Promote independence in service users

Vetting
You will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. In addition, we will investigate your suitability for the role by researching online and in social networking environments.
