Ann Cornelius BSc Econ (Hons), CIHCM
Ann has almost 30 years’ experience of working in social housing, which involves a great deal of work with communities, vulnerable people, and finding both housing and suport solutions to improve the quality of life in our neighbourhoods. She is passionate about ensuring people have access to support and advice at times of crisis, and throughout their lives if needed, to enable them to fulfil their personal potential.
Ann has developed services and projects for a range of clients with differing needs - older people, enduring mental health, tenancy sustainment, learning difficulties, homelessness, young people at risk of homelessness, refuges, extra care, etc. Ann has a degree in Social Policy, and a professional post graduate housing qualification. Originally from Wales Ann has been working in the South West since 2000.

Family Law solicitor of 35 years experience in private practice. Former Chair of Trustees of Oliver Branch Counselling.Chair of Governors of Rowdeford School, Rowde, Devizes. Lay preacher and former leader in the Methodist Church.

Stephen Foster BSc PhD FCA
Stephen has been a chartered accountant in practice since 1990. He is the principal in his own general practice employing 12 staff members. Wide variety of clients from small sole traders to large million pound turnover companies. Also has a small number of charities as clients. He is also the Treasurer of two other charities.

Rebecca Ayres BSc MA DipSWRebecca has been a frontline children and families social worker since 2005. She has been well trained and has wide experience of working with survivors and perpetrators of domestic abuse.

Cindy Ervine LLB (Hons)
Cindy has been a matrimonial solicitor since 1995. She has been based in North Wiltshire during that time and is now based in Devizes and is also covering Calne. Cindy is a member of Resolution and the Law Society Advanced Family Panel with specialisms in domestic violence and children. She can also provide assistance for all aspects of matrimonial law to include high value financial cases. Cindy is a trained collaborative lawyer and very much advocates a non-confrontational manner when seeking to advise and assist clients. She is also an experienced advocate and will ensure clients feel supported through the court process. Away from work, when not running around after her 2 children, Cindy runs and enjoys yoga and red wine – although not together!

Nicola Spencer Godfrey MA (Oxon) MSc AFA
Nicola has over 25 years' experience encompassing research, marketing and finance, working within the commercial sector, non-profit organisations and academia. After completing a degree in Mathematics Nicola worked in marketing, both in the commercial sector and the arts, achieving Chartered Marketer. She then switched to finance as an Actuary, gaining experience of investments and pensions. Since having children she has taught statistics at university, been an actuarial examiner and is currently undertaking PhD research on social inequalities in women's health, exploring associatyions with work and family.
Nicola is a trustee of her local village hall, aiming to build community cohesion and support. She has previously been a trustee of a community pre-school and local primary school.

Harriet Kemp BA (Hons)
Harriet has spent more than 30 years in Human Resources, working in senior roles in both the UK and internationally, across a range of sectors, including retail, services and pharmaceuticals. She now works as an independent consultant, providing advisory services to organisations on a range of HR subjects, including reward, organisation structures and design, and health and wellbeing.
She is a member of the School Teachers’ Review Body, which reviews evidence and makes recommendations to the Government on school teachers’ pay. She is also actively involved in developing alumni engagement for Lady Margaret Hall Oxford to support graduates entering the workplace for the first time. Harriet worked as a listening volunteer for the Samaritans for 6 years and also trained new volunteers. She is a keen, but inexperienced, gardener, and enjoys walking her dogs, family life and the visual arts.

Peter is Head of Operations for a local beauty supply company based in Trowbridge. Prior to this he was involved in senior management roles in the printing industry, working with suppliers worldwide. Peter is a company director for his own print business.
He is a keen volunteer and has devoted his time to various activities to promote and protect Bradford on Avon. As a member of the emergency response team he has worked closely with the emergency services and the National Rivers Authority dealing with all aspects of community emergencies.
Peter served as a member of Bradford on Avon Town Council for 10 years, serving three times as Mayor/Chair of Council. He has been involved in many charity fund raising events over the years. Peter lives in Bradford on Avon with his partner. He enjoys travelling in the southwest, where he has close links in Devon and Cornwall.

Steve Offord BA (Hons)
Steve graduated in Economics and Sociology and has worked in a variety of settings including Oil, FMCG - Food Lighting and Clothing, Financial Services IT/Services, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Electronics and Engineering, Education, Learning Disabilities, Healthcare, Social Care and Charities, both as an executive and as a trustee.
Steve is experienced in General Management, Operations, Marketing& PR, Quality, H&S, Communications, Audit, Change and HR.
Steve was an executive for Shaw Trust and a trustee for 3 other charities with specific areas of focus on: Change, People & Organisation, Business Development and General Management. Steve works part-time for Ferne Animal Sanctuary as a senior manager, and as a bereavement support volunteer for Cruse.
Steve has lived in the southwest since 2012 and currently lives with his wife and 2 dogs. His 3 grown-up daughters have left home.

Louise Wilson FCMI
This in a non-trustee, non-director role. Louise was appointed company secretary in 2013. Prior to this Louise had been assisting with many of the duties of the company secretary. Louise is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
