We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager (South and West Devon) on a 12 months fixed term contract, to join our dedicated Devon Management Team.

We are looking for an experienced manager to join our dynamic, ambitious and innovative Devon team.
A key part of this role will be your ability to lead and manage a dedicated team, within the Devon commissioned domestic abuse support service, working to Leading Lights standards. You will manage a team of IDVAs and other professionals supporting the needs of high risk victims of domestic abuse and their families, in a multi-agency setting.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:
- Relevant professional qualification
- Relevant experience in working with domestic abuse
- Experience of supervision and management of staff
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Experience of project/service management
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business use insurance
- An enhanced DBS

Salary: £28,505 (pro rata) per year
Hours: 25 hours per week
Tenure: 12 months fixed term
