We are looking for a full time Helpdesk worker based in our Exeter office. The role will need to be part office based and part home based under current Covid-19 restrictions. You will be part of an experienced team providing high quality advice, guidance and support to victims of domestic violence, enabling them to live safely.
You should have proven experience and qualifications in support work with knowledge of domestic violence issues and also have previous IT administration experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy in areas of spelling, grammar and punctuation.
