The Phoenix Project is an exciting and innovative service, delivering sexual violence and domestic abuse services across Wiltshire and Swindon. Join us at a time of growth and development to support victims and children and help perpetrators change their behaviour.

To support the growing expansion of our services, we are recruiting for a new Deputy Manager for the Phoenix Project. With responsibility for the support of adult victims of domestic abuse, you will lead an innovative and experienced team of Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs) and Domestic Abuse Specialist Advisors (DASAs) to support hundreds of victims of domestic abuse, stalking and harassment.

You will have direct experience of supporting vulnerable people and of working in a multi-agency environment, exceptional communication skills and a dedication to safeguarding. We are keen to hear from passionate individuals who are motivated to help change lives for the better.

You will provide pivotal support to our Deputy Head of Service, and be instrumental in the creation and development of our new accommodation and resettlement team.

You will be passionate, organised, enthusiastic and motivated to helping change lives for the better. We are seeking applicants with significant experience in working with vulnerable people, safeguarding and multi-agency working.
