About this role

The Building Bridges Programme at Splitz supports people across Wiltshire who are facing significant challenges to move towards the world of work. The programme is a partnership of local organisations, who work holistically to support people to address the barriers they are facing and develop a personalised plan to help them achieve their goals.

The Building Bridges Project assistant will have a caseload of participants to manage, helping them to access support from across the partnership. There is a strong focus on providing emotional support to the participants, as they deal with the impact that domestic abuse and/or sexual violence has had on their lives, encouraging participants to build an independent future for themselves and their children. Potential candidates will need strong administrative and IT skills as well as having excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience of working with vulnerable people and knowledge of the impact of domestic abuse is essential.
