Splitz Support Service is excited to be expanding our perpetrator services and we are now looking for a number of new roles across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Bristol. You will play a pivotal role in helping domestic abuse perpetrators change their behaviour and access the support and help they need.

Whilst we welcome experience, we love transferable skills. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in working with vulnerable people.
  • An understanding of domestic abuse and its impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • The ability to motivate individuals.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and addressing domestic abuse.
  • An ability to work on a one-to-one basis and in a group setting.
  • Access to a vehicle, business insurance and willingness to travel within either Gloucestershire, Wiltshire or Bristol.

You will be joining Splitz at a key time – as we get ready to launch a new name, brand, website and four year strategy. Splitz is committed to staff wellbeing – offering 5 weeks paid leave (plus bank holidays), clinical supervision and hybrid working. We offer full training and inductions, and access to specialist external training and qualifications. These posts do require evening working one to two evenings per week (weekdays only).

Roles include:

  • Domestic Abuse Serial Perpetrator (DASP) Support Worker

Delivering long-term one to one support to serial perpetrators of domestic abuse within a multi-agency framework.

25 – 30 hours and Trowbridge base.

  • Positive Relationships Gloucestershire(PRG) Support Worker (2 posts)

Offering assessments, outreach, one to one support and group work, these posts are part of our award winning Gloucestershire perpetrator service.

One 3 day a week post and one full time. Gloucester base.

  • Sessional Facilitators (multiple roles)

We are keen to recruit new sessional facilitators to support our specialist perpetrator behaviour change group work courses across Bristol, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
