How Can I Join?
Eligibility. Men have to accept full responsibility for their behaviour and want to change. The group is open to male perpetrators living in Wiltshire who are over 21 years of age. Younger men may be accepted on a case by case basis.
Referrals. To join a group contact us using our online form or phone 01225 775276.
Accreditation
Our programme in Wiltshire was accredited by Respect in 2010. Our programme in Bristol uses the same material, but was not included in the accreditation process as it hadn't started. We hope to have the Bristol programme included in our accreditation in 2011.
We have been recognised by CAFCASS as an approved provider of Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programmes. We are able to accept men who have been ordered to attend our programme by the Family Courts in Private Law Cases.
Women's Safety Worker
The Women's Safety Worker service offers 1 to 1 support which includes safety planning strategies that maximise the safety of you and your child/ren. The dynamics of the abusive relationship are discussed at the appropriate time, when you are ready to make changes for yourself. The aim is to empower you to make your own decisions in your time.
