Investing in Volunteers

Investing in Volunteers (IiV) is the UK quality standard for good practice in volunteer management.

Achieving the standard shows our volunteers – and potential volunteers – how much they are valued and gives them confidence in our ability to provide an outstanding volunteer experience.

Splitz gained the award for the third time in December 2019 following a rigorous external assessment of our organisation's systems and procedures. They also spent time with our volunteers talking to them about their experiences of volunteering with Splitz.
