The Team
We believe that our staff are our most precious asset. The welfare and development of our team is a key target for the trustees. To demonstrate this commitment we subscribe to the Investors in People standard and in 2010 we sought and were awarded Investors in People Bronze, followed by an upgrade to Silver in 2011.

In September 2012 we were awarded the 2 Tick Disability Symbol Award. This confirms our commitment to equality and provides a guaranteed interview for disabled people who meet the criteria for advertised posts.

Our team members are encouraged to achieve an appropriate qualification at level 3 or above. Most of these qualifications are paid for by Splitz, but where an individual wishes to pursue a personal qualification we will support them in whatever way we can.
